Terms

  1. The property is rented for short term periods not exceeding four weeks and for a maximum of 8 adults unless agreed in writing.
  2. The account for Sterling transfers is MA Palmer (details on the booking form).
  3. A damage deposit of £200 is added to the booking fee is returned 3 days following departure by Bank Transfer to your nominated account. (subject to Clause 5 /6).
  4. Under the Spanish legal directive effective 05/2016 we are required to pass to the police the names of our guests with their passport numbers .Guests need to provide their arrival and departure times and airport to enable the villa to be rental ready.
  5. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same state in which they found it on arrival. This does not mean it has to be spring-cleaned but we reserve the right to charge for any damage or loss to the property or its contents, as well as any abnormal amount of cleaning required at the end of the let.
  6. Lost keys will be charged at £5 for normal keys, £15 security keys and deducted from the security deposit.
  7. The property is reserved for the people named above. If there is any change in people occupying the property during the period of rental, we must be notified of the names of the persons arriving/leaving.
  8. The house is let only to couples of over 25 years of age and families and is not available for stag or hen parties.
  9. No commercial or activity for gain is allowed in the property or its grounds.
  10. Arrival time is normally at 12.00 midday and departure before 11.00 but if there are no other clients arriving/leaving the same day it may be to arrive earlier and/or leave later.
  11. No Pets allowed unless agreed.
  12. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and any smoking material in the grounds must be doused in water or earth.
  13. The rental is inclusive of electricity, gas and water and WiFi unless stated.
  14. The owner is not liable for periods of loss of utilities or any consequential loss the renter may incur.
  15. The proprietors are not responsible for any accident, loss or damage to the personal effects of guests during their stay, either in the house or in the garden.
    This is a desert region and allowance must given to weather and environmental situations.
  16. No child under the age of 14 must be left in the pool area and or the gated area without the supervision of an adult. All minors are the sole responsibility of their parents and/or guardians.
  17. The gardener comes once a week for three hours currently on Tuesday
  18. In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to retain money already paid but will make every effort to re-let. If we are able to do so, a refund will be made of the amount of the new rental LESS an administration fee of £30 and any extra promotional costs incurred in securing the new booking. It is likely that it would be necessary to reduce the price if the cancellation is close to the original date. We strongly advise our guests to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any losses.
  19. The property is managed by Triton services and Stuart Bank will meet and greet and be your contact in event of any problems in the villa 00 34 634 326 322
  20. A welcome pack will be ready for you on arrival
  21. Any maintenance on the property during your stay is kept to an absolute minimum. However if we need to repair or maintain Stuart will agree a mutually agreeable time.
  22. Payment of the deposit confirms that the client accepts these conditions.
